These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://www.sunkissedimagery.com and your relationship with Sun Kissed Imagery.

By accessing this website or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your session date.

• The remaining balance is due by the day of the session unless otherwise agreed.

• No dates are reserved without a completed booking and deposit.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations will forfeit the retainer fee.

• In case of bad weather, illness, or emergencies, we will work together to reschedule.

3. Session Experience

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared.

• No raw or unedited images will be delivered.

• Final edited galleries are delivered within 2–4 weeks of the session date.

4. Usage Rights & Copyright

• Sun Kissed Imagery retains full copyright of all images.

• Clients receive personal-use rights, which include sharing online and printing for personal use.

• Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

5. Image Use for Portfolio

• By booking a session, you grant permission for Sun Kissed Imagery to use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Client’s failure to attend the session

• Delays due to events beyond our control (weather, illness, emergencies)

• Loss or damage of files once delivered

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
